By accessing, browsing, or utilizing Habitwala website (habitwala.in), products (including Agentinel), or engaging our agency engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
All proprietary algorithms, source code, visual designs, brutalist UI components, graphics, and trademarks associated with Habitwala remain the exclusive intellectual property of Habitwala Product Studio and Aman Janwani.
In accordance with our updated Graveyard Protocol, in the event of product sunsets, business post-mortems and technical lessons learned are shared publicly, but core IP and proprietary software remain owned by Habitwala.
Habitwala takes on a maximum of 2 external client engineering partnerships per quarter. Engagement terms, deliverables, milestones, white-labeling agreements, and payment schedules are governed by custom written master service agreements (MSAs) agreed upon per client.
Habitwala products and digital tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Habitwala, Aman Janwani, or its contributors be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our software.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the statutory laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
